POA Contacts - Who are We
Tommy R. Dyer, Jr. is THE lead attorney. When it comes to HOA's and POA's, Tommy is not just the most highly regarded attorney in and around the Grand Lake area, but in the entire regional area. He and has been working on filing documents, with the Receiver, in the RIGHT and legal way.
John Thomas is the Receiver, appointed by the court, to handle the affairs of the Lakemont Shores Property Owners Association. John is an attorney and files the motions set forth for dissolution.
Brent Head (Guidance Properties Holdings LLC) is a LOT OWNER in Lakemont Shores. Brent purchased several lots and has been working on the Plan for Dissolution of the POA. Brent also has placed his confidence in the plan and in Tommy, and has been willing to pay for fees associated with the dissolution. In regards to the fees paid, Brent has agreed to pay up front and be part of a Receiver's Certificate that would reimburse him ONLY for legal, mailing, and directly associated fees to the dissolution.
